The building is situated in the residential suburb of Lynwood in Pretoria and forms the headquarters for Tolplan, a consulting company specializing in the development and operation of toll roads nationally and internationally. The intimately scaled office building was designed to enhance the work environment of its occupants with north facing offices, courtyards, water gardens and views of the tree lined neighbourhood.
